YOUNG PEOPLE AT RISK OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC EXCLUSION – INTEGRATION APPROACHES
This document summarises the experiences of four countries -Belgium, Norway, Germany, and Luxembourg- on how best to approach the challenges of integrating young people who are not in education, employment and training (NEETs). Each used variants of a FIND-MIND-BIND framework approach: early identification, establishing a trust relationship, and support to achieve their career plan, taking into account the social and systems response contexts in each country. Key learnings from their experiences are described. The document is based on a mutual learning programme event held in Brussels in September 2016.
